Role overview
The Senior Engineer – DevSecOps IoT role leads the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable cloud platforms for intelligent automation across IoT product lines.
The role covers cloud architecture, infrastructure provisioning, DevSecOps practices, data protection, reliable platform deployment, workflow integration, and connectivity with production-connected computing environments.
Core responsibilities
- Design, build, and support scalable API and IoT backend services for real-time telemetry ingestion, low-latency processing, and cloud-based visualization.
- Architect microservices platforms for connected products, including dashboarding data, user management, audit logging, and reporting capabilities.
- Build and operate secure cloud infrastructure using multi-environment and multi-account deployment strategies.
- Support integration with edge devices, industrial PCs, and production-connected computing environments.
- Use reusable GitHub CI/CD workflows, automated CloudFormation deployments, and automated testing to improve release efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, refactor, document, and modernize legacy platform components while preserving application and infrastructure continuity, reliability, and security.
