Candidate Requirements
- Industrial project experience, such as cement plants or power plants, is required.
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Seven to ten years of total work experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare measurement sheets from on-site data and drawings.
- Prepare bills of quantities and bills using tender rates.
- Obtain client certification for statements.
- Prepare and process subcontractor bills.
- Measure work at site for the site engineer.
- Process work according to company protocol.
- Follow up with the accounts department regarding payments.
- Review bills of quantities and item lists.
- Perform value engineering by evaluating options for functionality, safety, speed, security, quality, and cost.
- Check and certify bills and invoices from vendors and contractors.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as ₹21,228.83 to ₹45,000.00 per month.
