Role Overview
The Senior Engineer - Application Support provides advanced technical support and helps maintain and implement business applications.
The role works with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, reduce downtime, and support ongoing application operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents with advanced technical support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and minimize downtime.
- Monitor application performance, apply patches, and upgrade software versions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
- Support new application implementations through testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or information technology, or a master's degree in software engineering, is listed.
- Proficient English language ability at C2 level is required.
