Genpact is seeking a Senior Engineer for application support work in Gurugram.
The role provides advanced technical support and contributes to application maintenance and implementation.
Job description
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.
- Monitor application performance and perform maintenance tasks.
- Apply patches and upgrade software versions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Support new application testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a Master's degree in Software Engineering.
- Listed certifications include CompTIA A+, CompTIA Server+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, and Microsoft Office Specialist for MS Access.
Required skills
- Agile methodology, collaboration tools, design thinking, client relations, and IT process automation with Ayehu.
- Kronos Workforce Management, Python, Ruby on Rails, Splunk, and VERITAS NetBackup.
