Role Overview
Genpact is hiring a Senior Engineer for application support in Gurugram.
The role focuses on advanced technical support, application maintenance, troubleshooting, and implementation support.
Job Description
- Provide advanced technical support for troubleshooting and resolving application-related incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and minimize downtime.
- Monitor application performance and perform maintenance, patching, and software upgrades.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to improve knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
- Participate in new application implementations, including testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- English proficiency is required at C2 level.
