Role Overview
Genpact is seeking a Senior Engineer for Application Support P.
The role provides advanced technical support and participates in application maintenance and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.
- Monitor application performance and perform regular maintenance.
- Apply patches and upgrade software versions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Support application testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
Education
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering, is listed.
Certifications
- Listed certifications include CompTIA A+, CompTIA Server+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, and Microsoft Office Specialist MS Access.
Required Skills
