Role overview
Genpact is hiring a Senior Engineer - Application Support to provide advanced technical support and maintain business applications.
The role supports application reliability through incident resolution, maintenance, implementation, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents and collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.
- Monitor application performance, apply patches, and upgrade software versions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
- Support new application implementation through testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- Splunk Certified User certification.
- Proficient English language ability at C2 level.
