Role overview
Provide advanced application support in a fast-moving technology environment.
Support troubleshooting, maintenance, implementation, and post-implementation activities for applications.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.
- Monitor application performance and apply patches.
- Upgrade software versions and maintain applications.
- Create technical documentation for knowledge sharing.
- Test, deploy, and support new applications after implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- Splunk Certified User certification is listed.
- Proficiency in English at C2 level is required.
