Role overview
Provide advanced technical support for application-related incidents and help minimize operational downtime.
Support application maintenance and the implementation of new applications.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on issue resolution.
- Monitor application performance and perform maintenance.
- Apply patches and upgrade software versions.
- Maintain technical documentation for knowledge sharing.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities for new applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Master's degree in Software Engineering is listed as an accepted qualification.
- Splunk Certified User certification is required.
- English proficiency at C2 level is required.
