Job Description
- Provide advanced technical support for application-related incidents and collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.
- Monitor application performance, apply patches, and upgrade software versions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for new applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- Splunk Certified User certification is required.
- Python programming and automation skills are required.
- Proficient English language ability at C2 level is required.
