Role overview
Provide advanced technical support for application-related incidents and help minimize system downtime.
Support application maintenance and participate in new application implementations.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Monitor application performance and apply patches.
- Upgrade software versions and maintain technical documentation.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities for new applications.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- Splunk Certified User certification is required.
- English proficiency at C2 level is required.
Required skills
