Role Overview
Genpact is seeking a Senior Engineer focused on advanced application support in an innovation-driven technology environment.
The role supports application reliability, incident resolution, maintenance, and implementation of new applications.
Job Description
- Provide advanced technical support for troubleshooting and resolving application-related incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly and minimize downtime.
- Monitor application performance and perform patching and software version upgrades.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
- Support new application implementation through testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Education and Certification
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering, is required.
- Splunk Certified User certification is required.
Required Skills
- Agile methodology and Python programming skills are required.
- Proficient English ability at C2 level is required.
