Role Overview
Provide senior-level application support within Genpact's technology operations.
The role focuses on incident resolution, application maintenance, documentation, and implementation support.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for troubleshooting and resolving application-related incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly and minimize downtime.
- Monitor application performance and perform maintenance, patching, and software version upgrades.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to improve knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
- Participate in new application implementation, including testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- Splunk Certified User certification is required.
- Proficient English language ability at C2 level is required.
