Job Description
The Senior Engineer - Application Support role provides advanced technical support and helps maintain reliable business applications.
The position supports incident resolution, application maintenance, documentation, and new application implementations.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.
- Monitor application performance and apply patches and software upgrades.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for knowledge sharing and troubleshooting.
- Support application testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- A master’s degree in Software Engineering is also listed as a qualification.
- Splunk Certified User certification is required.
- Proficient English language ability at C2 level is required.
