Role overview
Genpact is hiring a Senior Engineer for application support work in a technology services environment.
The role focuses on advanced technical support, application maintenance, incident resolution, and implementation support.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for application-related incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
- Monitor application performance and perform application maintenance.
- Apply patches and upgrade software versions.
- Maintain technical documentation for knowledge sharing and troubleshooting.
- Participate in application testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering.
- Splunk Certified User certification is required.
- Proficient English language ability at C2 level.
