Role overview
Genpact is hiring a Senior Engineer for application support.
The role provides advanced technical support and contributes to application maintenance and implementation activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for troubleshooting and resolving application-related incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly and minimize downtime.
- Monitor application performance and perform regular maintenance.
- Apply patches and upgrade software versions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for new applications.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering, is listed.
- Splunk Certified User certification is listed.
- English and Portuguese proficiency at C2 level is listed.
