Role overview
The Senior Engineer - Application Support role provides advanced technical support for business applications.
The position supports incident resolution, maintenance, documentation, and implementation of new applications.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents using advanced technical support practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly and minimize downtime.
- Monitor application performance and perform maintenance, patching, and software upgrades.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities for new applications.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a Master's degree in Software Engineering.
- Splunk Certified User certification is required.
- English proficiency at C2 level is required.
