Role Overview
The Senior Embedded Software Validation Engineer is responsible for the validation, verification, and testing of embedded vehicle control software for new and existing Orange EV products. This role focuses on ensuring software quality, reliability, and functional correctness across vehicle systems through structured validation strategies, simulation, and hands‑on testing. The engineer will work closely with software development, systems, hardware, manufacturing, and supplier teams to validate vehicle functionality ranging from charging and operation to communication interfaces and remote drive capabilities. This is a fulltime, on‑site role at the Orange EV facility in Kansas.

Position Summary
The Senior Embedded Software Validation Engineer is responsible for the validation, verification, and testing of embedded vehicle control software for new and existing Orange EV products. This role focuses on ensuring software quality, reliability, and functional correctness across vehicle systems through structured validation strategies, simulation, and hands‑on testing. Software Validation & Testing
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of embedded control software across vehicle controllers and displays.
Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test procedures, and validation documentation.
Identify gaps in existing test coverage and implement improvements to enhance overall software quality.
