- Raytheon is seeking a motivated 1st shift Senior Electrical Engineer to fill key Maintenance, Repair and Engineering support role within the Metrology & Test Equipment Maintenance (MTEM) Department, located in Andover MA. This position will support production maintenance needs on the Operations floor to ensure proper station uptime.
- Candidate must be able to effectively operate in a high tempo operations environment and capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing complex activities, often with actions requiring coordination across multiple support areas.
What You Will Do
- The candidate shall work with minimal supervision while maintaining test platforms on the manufacturing floor.
- Troubleshoot complex test station and fixture failures on RF/Digital test platforms using best practices and procedures.
- Coach and influence technicians regarding troubleshooting best practices and techniques.
