Sr. Electrical Engineer

Provide escalation support, including root cause analysis and definition of corrective actions.

Interface directly with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve critical technical issues impacting program milestones.

Program & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Program Managers to define, track, and implement electrical requirements across programs.

Collaborate with Mechanical, Software, Systems, and Mechatronics teams to ensure successful end-to-end system integration.

Participate in technical design reviews and clearly communicate electrical trade-offs, risks, and recommendations.

Vendor Interface & Travel

Interface directly with external vendors to support new hardware development, assembly and integration issues, and design improvements.

Travel to vendors as needed for troubleshooting, reviews, and hardware qualification activities.

Preferred qualifications:

5+ years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment or a similar complex electro‐mechanical industry.

Experience in design and ownership of mixed‐signal PCBs and system-level electrical interfaces.

Strong understanding of system integration, including signal integrity and grounding.

Experience with FPGA or embedded interfaces, including system-level debugging.

Ability to support design validation through hands-on work on prototype tools.

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
