Responsibilities
- Manage project documentation, ensuring accurate filing, retrieval, and distribution of documents in line with company standards and project requirements
- Support the Project Director with scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, preparation of reports, and maintenance of confidential records
- Update document control systems, track document revisions and approvals, maintain records registers
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely document flow
- Prepare professional communications, organize project related presentations and materials
- Assist in compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Strong document control skills including Document Management, Documentation, and Project Documentation
- Experience in Records Management including organizing, archiving, and retrieving project and administrative records
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with project stakeholders, drafting correspondence, and supporting the Project Director
- Previous experience in construction, engineering, or large scale project environments, ideally in the Middle East
- Proficiency with document control software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and electronic filing systems
- High level of attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and maintain confidentiality
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Sr. Document Controller / Secretary to Project Director.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring accurate filing, retrieval, and distribution of documents in line with company standards and project requirements.
- Support the Project Director with scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, preparation of reports, and maintenance of confidential records.
