Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all project documentation, drawings, contracts, reports, and correspondence
- Establish and implement document control procedures and systems
- Ensure proper filing, tracking, archiving, and retrieval of documents
- Monitor document revisions and maintain accurate records of updates
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and internal departments regarding document submissions and approvals
- Prepare document transmittals and maintain document registers
- Ensure compliance with company standards and document control policies
- Generate periodic reports on document status and project records
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all project documents
Requirements
- Not less than 6 years of experience as a Document Controller in REAL ESTATE or PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and document control procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
