Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a four-year course is required, with engineering preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of document control experience, including at least 2–3 years in a senior role.
- Relevant environments include engineering, construction, manufacturing, or design.
- Proven experience in material coordination, including tracking, submittals, procurement coordination, delivery monitoring, and status reporting.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of document control systems, records management, and material management processes.
- Experience with Aconex, PMWeb, SharePoint, or a similar Document Management System.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for dashboard creation, reporting, data analysis, and material tracking.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, construction documents, material specifications, and project workflows.
Coordination and Work Practices
- Coordinate effectively with Design, Procurement, Production, Site, and Project Management teams.
- Work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality standards.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in façade, architectural metal works, construction, or manufacturing projects is preferred.
- Experience managing project documentation and material coordination activities simultaneously is preferred.
- Familiarity with material procurement processes, shop drawing coordination, and project scheduling is an advantage.
