Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Salesforce Field Service Lightning Developer
A Salesforce FSL Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Field Service Lightning solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This includes custom components, integrations, and performance optimization
Responsibilities
- · Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, workflows, process builder flows, and integrations.
- · Configure and customize FSL features such as scheduling, dispatching, optimization, mobile workflows, and work orders.
- · Develop and maintain integrations between FSL and other systems, using APIs and middleware.
- · Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
- · Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.
- · Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSL implementations.
- · Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, particularly in the FSL domain.
- · Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- · Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
- · Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
Minimum Qualification
- · B.E or B.Tech or MCA
- · Relevant experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Field Service.
- · Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.
- · Deep understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture, data model, and functionality.
- · Experience with FSL mobile app customization and offline capabilities.
- · Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs, and experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- · Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- · Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- · Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- · Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- · Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Field Service Lightning Consultant) are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
- · Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- · Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- · Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Apex Unit Tests, Jest).
