Role Overview
Design and develop liquid packaging and filling machinery for customized automation solutions.
The role covers the complete machine design lifecycle from concept development and calculations through manufacturing support, assembly, and commissioning.
The machinery serves FMCG, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, oil, chemical, and related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Design complete liquid packaging and filling machines and lines from concept to commissioning.
- Develop layouts integrating filling, capping, rinsing, labeling, and conveying systems.
- Create 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings in SOLIDWORKS.
- Perform engineering calculations, design validation, and maintain BOMs, part codes, and engineering documentation.
- Lead NPD initiatives and develop customized solutions based on customer and production requirements.
- Collaborate across manufacturing, procurement, electrical, and assembly teams.
- Troubleshoot production and commissioning issues and support customer technical discussions.
- Mentor junior design engineers and ensure compliance with engineering, safety, and quality requirements.
