- Bachelor’s degree in business or another related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Demand Planning
- 12+ years of experience in a planning role preferred
- Retail Apparel experience with Direct Sourced products preferred
- Sound analytical, financial, strategic, and problem-solving skills
- Extremely detail oriented and willing to analyze down to the lowest level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including extremely strong ability in Microsoft Excel
- Microstrategy reporting ability preferred
- Blue Yonder EP Planning and Invent Analytics Replenishment proficiency a plus
- Ability to build partnerships, manage teams, and work closely with a diverse group of people
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
- Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, in a hybrid work arrangement from our Dublin, California office location.
