Sr. Data Engineer - Snowflake & ADF - Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)

8+ years of experience in designing and developing Data Warehouse and Data Integration projects.

Minimum 3–4 years of experience designing and implementing fully operational, production-grade, large-scale data solutions on Snowflake Data Warehouse .

Solid experience and understanding of architecting, designing, and operationalizing large-scale data and analytics solutions on Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse .

Strong experience with Azure and Azure Data Factory (ADF) .

Experience building data ingestion pipelines from various data sources using Azure Data Factory .

Strong expertise in loading data from disparate datasets and translating complex functional and technical requirements into detailed designs.

Strong knowledge of SQL , including complex queries, joins, subqueries, and data analysis.

Good understanding of database design concepts, including Transactional databases, Data Marts, and Data Warehouses .

Good analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to investigate problems and identify root causes by analyzing data and existing code.

Good knowledge of ETL concepts and ETL tools .

Basic knowledge of Python programming , with a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.

Experience using Claude or other AI tools for data engineering activities.

Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with offshore teams and stakeholders.

Experience working in Agile environments, including Jira and Scrum meetings .
