Role Overview
Genpact is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to support scalable data and AI-enabled technology solutions.
The role focuses on building reliable data infrastructure and collaborating with data scientists and analysts.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable data processing systems.
- Implement and maintain pipelines for ingesting, processing, and storing large volumes of data.
- Optimize data infrastructure for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to implement solutions based on data requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
- Stay current with emerging big data engineering technologies and trends.
- Mentor junior data engineers on best practices and technical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics, or a Master's degree in Data Science.
- Relevant certifications are listed for Azure, Cloudera, Databricks, and Microsoft Azure data engineering.
