Genpact is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to build scalable data solutions and support advanced technology and AI-driven transformation.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable data-processing systems.
- Implement and maintain pipelines that ingest, process, and store large data volumes.
- Optimize data infrastructure for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements.
- Implement appropriate data solutions based on stakeholder requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly.
- Track emerging technologies and trends in big data engineering.
- Mentor junior data engineers on best practices and technical skills.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics, or a master's degree in Data Science.
- English language proficiency at C2 level.
- The required skills are Databricks Platform and data engineering.
- Listed certifications include Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Cloudera Certified Professional Data Scientist, Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark 3.0, Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional, and Microsoft Certified Azure Data Engineer Associate.
