Responsibilities
- Acquire, structure, and validate data from multiple sources to meet internal and client requirements.
- Review, cleanse, and manage large, unstandardized datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
- Perform bulk uploads, manage databases, and resolve data discrepancies.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze relational data.
- Perform independent client analyses using appropriate models while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and validate import/export datasets aligned with evolving regulatory requirements.
- Test analytical models and parameters to determine optimal outcomes.
- Identify trends and actionable insights and communicate findings clearly to technical and non technical audiences.
- Develop high quality reports and visualizations for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Support client meetings and manage analytics related communications.
- Serve as a primary contact for data and documentation requests and manage client expectations.
- Create and maintain client specific SOPs related to drawback.
Requirements
- Proven ability to independently manage complex data projects end to end
- Strong data analysis, manipulation, and visualization skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- High attention to detail with strong problem solving ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including client facing interactions
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results with minimal supervision
