About the Role
Pinterest is seeking a Senior Business Analyst on the Integrated Content Solutions team.
The role focuses on understanding content performance, producers, and trends across the platform.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity and working with large-scale data.
What you’ll do
- Synthesize large amounts of data from disparate sources and communicate insights clearly.
- Monitor key operating metrics and provide timely insights on trends.
- Leverage internal ETL/ELT tools to build and maintain foundational datasets.
- Build scalable analytics products and tools including dashboards and reporting workflows.
- Use AI and emerging tools to accelerate analytics workflows.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to frame business questions and define success.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in business and data analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills required; Python or R a plus.
- Experience building foundational datasets, data models, or ETL/ELT workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI or emerging tools to augment analytics workflows.
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Compensation
- Base salary range: $123,684—$254,644 USD.
- Position is eligible for equity.
- Final salary based on location, travel, experience, and skills.
Workplace
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times/quarter.
- Can be situated anywhere in the country.
- Position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
