Role overview
Genpact is seeking a Senior Data Analyst focused on demand forecasting and business performance analysis.
The role analyzes complex business problems and supports decisions involving inventory, production, product demand, and forecast accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business problems and trends affecting performance metrics.
- Manage forecast models and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze inventory levels, production speed, and product demand to determine production quantities.
- Develop statistical forecasting models.
- Define forecast KPIs, track performance, and improve forecasting results.
- Document and communicate demand forecast insights to stakeholders.
- Review forecast-to-actual metrics, adjust forecasts, and generate business schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics, or a master’s degree in Data Science.
- English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level, B2.
Skills and certifications
- Relevant certifications listed include Certified Data Management Professional.
