Genpact is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to support data-driven business analysis and advanced technology initiatives.
The role focuses on analytics, data engineering processes, visualization, quality assurance, and recommendations for business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain ETL data pipelines for efficient extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide recommendations.
- Conduct quality assurance and data validation to ensure accurate and consistent results.
- Stay current with trends and best practices in big data analytics.
- Mentor and guide junior data analysts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics, or a master's degree in Data Science.
- English proficiency at C2 level is required.
- Required skills include Agile methodology, business analytics, CPG, market analytics, Oracle SQL, people leadership, personal effectiveness, pricing analysis, pricing strategies, and retail POS systems.
Certifications and technical domains
- The source lists certifications related to data management, Apache Spark, IBM DataStage, Azure Data Engineering, and Oracle Database as certification options.
