Role Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems and trends affecting performance metrics.
• Manage forecast models and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze inventory levels, production speed, and product demand to determine production quantities.
• Develop statistical forecasting models.
• Define and track forecast KPIs and create continuous improvement plans.
• Document and communicate demand forecast insights to stakeholders.
• Review forecast-to-actual metrics and adjust forecasts to improve accuracy.
• Generate schedules based on business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, computer science, or statistics, or a master's degree in data science.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency at the B2 level.
• Listed certifications include Certified Data Management Professional, Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark, IBM DataStage certification, Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate, and related credentials.
