Sr. Customs Analyst

Compliance and Transportation

• Support the customs compliance program and audit reviews across sectors in alignment with CBSA regulations.
• Pursue free trade agreement opportunities and national customs rulings for duty favorability.
• Create standard operating procedures, work instructions, and job aids.
• Support new product introductions through HS classification and database management.
• Support transportation activities involving border operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college diploma or university degree is preferred.
• Five years of experience in transportation and/or trade compliance operations is required.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Process Excellence, or Lean methodology and tools is required; certification is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.
• Experience with ERP systems is required; SAP experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of SOX, GMP, and healthcare compliance requirements is required.
• CCS, PLog, or CITT certification is preferred.
