Role summary

Team and project leadership

• Mentor junior analysts through feedback and coaching.
• Define project deliverables and measures, track engagement and individual metrics, and monitor timelines and milestones.
• Oversee a small project team and optimize work allocation across team goals.
• Prepare periodic reports and resolve project challenges with stakeholders.

Documentation and analysis

• Prepare documentation for tools and project processes to support the lead trainer and team lead.
• Build product expertise through research and analysis of data from multiple channels.
• Provide process and application improvement recommendations based on research and analysis.

Technical requirements

• Expert proficiency in SoC architecture and design, Verilog, and UVM for digital verification.
• Excellent understanding of C and C++ development for embedded systems and SoC integration.
• Strong familiarity with RTL design and simulation tools such as Synopsys VCS or Cadence.
• Advanced proficiency in developing and reviewing UVM testbench architectures.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and driving best practices in SoC development.

Recommended certifications

• Certified Verification Engineer certification in UVM is optional but valuable.
• IEEE Certified SoC Design Professional certification is optional but valuable.
