Role Overview
We are looking for a highly qualified Commissions Analyst II as a key member of the Finance and Accounting team.
This role requires a person who is detail-oriented, performs at a high level of accuracy and efficiency, is well organized, and demonstrates ownership and initiative to accomplish goals.
This position requires an energetic team player who is eager to learn, contribute to the team and has a strong desire to exceed expectations and improve processes through automation.
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively, possess very good problem-solving skills and is a process-oriented individual who is also flexible and thrives in a demanding high growth environment.
The Commissions Analyst II will lead/participate in system and process improvements, as they relate to commissions.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of Commission experience required; Accounting/Finance experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills, disciplined attention to detail, highly organized and thorough
- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization, including Sales, Management, Executives
- Familiarity with booking metrics in accordance with company policy
- Experience using Salesforce, NetSuite preferred, Excel, and Incentive Compensation tools
- Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and set priorities
- Demonstrate commitment to mastering new skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: professional, courteous, friendly, and empathetic
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects with high attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment
