Job Summary
Support training and development for the sales team representing the da Vinci Surgical System.
Equip commercial employees with the knowledge and skills to communicate the value of robotic surgical and diagnostic technologies.
Technical and Clinical Training
- Become a subject matter expert on the da Vinci Surgical System, instruments, accessories, advanced technology, and procedure management.
- Maintain expert-level certification for da Vinci systems, instruments, accessories, advanced technology, and surgical procedure lectures.
- Educate commercial employees on products, clinical procedures, technical value propositions, and clinical value propositions.
- Assess technical and clinical competency among training participants.
Sales Training and Execution
- Become a subject matter expert on the Clinical Sales Process and Sales Execution.
- Educate commercial employees on technical and clinical selling skills.
- Assess sales competency among training participants.
- Facilitate live and remote onboarding and sales training with hands-on practice and immediate feedback.
- Manage comprehensive training programs for da Vinci Surgical Systems.
