Analyst, Cobrand Strategy & Analytics, will play a critical role in driving growth, profitability, and long term member value of the airline’s cobrand credit card portfolio.
This role oversees performance reporting, strategic analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and ad hoc deep dives to inform acquisition, engagement, and partner decisions, while connecting portfolio performance to broader loyalty and airline revenue objectives.

Bachelor’s Degree Education Details: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
Years of Experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience in analytics, loyalty strategy, financial services, or credit card portfolio management.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required; SQL, Tableau, or similar tools preferred.
Experience working with large datasets and synthesizing insights into strategic recommendations.
Understanding of credit card economics and loyalty economics preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Translate ambiguous business questions into structured, data-driven recommendations.
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisition offers, promotional investments, lifecycle initiatives, and partner proposals.
Forecast key revenue streams and portfolio performance under various growth scenarios.
Partner with Finance and the issuing bank to assess portfolio economics and long-term value creation.
Analyze performance across acquisition channels (inflight, digital, partner).
Identify opportunities to improve approval rates, activation, retention, early spend, and ongoing engagement.
Evaluate test-and-learn initiatives and translate results into actionable recommendations that drive sustainable growth.
Support lifecycle and segmentation strategies to deepen loyalty and increase share of wallet.
Serve as a key analytics liaison across Loyalty, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Management, and the issuing bank.
Support business case development for new product features, loyalty benefits, earn/burn enhancements, and engagement campaigns.
Provide data-driven input for contract discussions, annual planning, and long-term growth strategy.
