Report to the Director of Technology as part of ALMAG Aluminum's Information Technology Department.

Plan, organize, and optimize business systems while providing technical and operational support for critical applications and databases.

Ensure business systems meet objectives and remain accessible, reliable, secure, and useful for internal customers.

Review business processes and recommend technology-enabled productivity improvements.
Analyze data to quantify benefits, assess costs, and support planning and risk mitigation.
Develop application architecture and supporting services with the Director of Technology.
Research emerging technologies, deployment models, and migration methodologies.

Develop and implement business systems projects that meet agreed business outcomes.
Maintain, administer, upgrade, configure, and support database and application systems.
Support the extrusion production system and an alternate ERP through implementation, configuration, testing, and ongoing support.
Investigate complex business problems and provide hands-on guidance to business partners.
