Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to support Client Operational Services and ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standards
  • Supports the monitoring and testing of controls by evaluating data to identify issues and control improvements for remediation
  • Implements optimized controls and enhanced Quality Assurance (QA) practices to support business continuity efforts
  • Conducts and coordinates quality inspection reviews to enhance employee performance and control effectiveness
  • Performs QA activities including executing on controls, managing cases, and reporting results
  • Executes initiatives by identifying areas of potential testing automation, procedural updates, thematic trends, test script updates, and coaching opportunities to enhance QA program success
  • Supports the overall management of and research required for regulatory exams, internal audits, and other monitoring and inspection reviews and evaluates data and information relevant to inspection metrics to support governance activities for dashboard reporting
  • Review credit documentation and data elements for accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Complete test scripts for assigned programs and document review outcomes clearly and accurately.
  • Partner with business associates to educate, remediate findings, and enhance the quality of credit submissions.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Commercial Credit experience in roles such as Underwriter, Credit Analyst, Credit Review Officer, Credit Administrator, or a comparable position.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of commercial credit processes and documentation, including loan documentation, loan agreements, financial spreads, and financial statements.
  • Self‐motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in reviewing credit including roles in Credit Review, Audit or other Quality Review functions
  • Commercial Underwriting experience
  • Experience in risk management, process evaluation, and control assessment
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel
