Responsibilities
- Lead the management of customer relationship management (CRM) system to track and analyze customer interactions, sales activities, and trends
- Update, optimize, and document data management processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with business development team, assist with strategic planning, market research and execution of targeted business growth initiatives
- Coordinate and actively participate in marketing initiatives, campaigns and events to promote company's market presence, brand image, products and services
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders as and when required
- Act as proactive communicator, ensuring timely and effective follow up with end users regarding inquiries and requests
- Provide support to Commercial/Key Account Managers, while collaborating closely with cross functional teams to ensure integrated and consistent communications
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar role or related functional areas
- Proven experience demonstrating comprehensive understanding of customer relationship management, business development, and marketing
- Must be able to communicate in English and Arabic (written/spoken)
- Manufacturing or automotive industry experience in a similar capacity is a plus

Job Role
- Provide comprehensive support enhancing customer relationships, driving business development activities, contributing to marketing initiatives ensuring efficient client data management and communication within the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management of customer relationship management (CRM) system to meticulously track and analyze customer interactions, sales activities, and trends.
