Support business analysis activities on medium-to-large Digital projects within a mortgage transformation program.

What You Will Do
- Manage Agile ceremonies alongside the Product Owner.
- Assist with decomposing epics into user stories and refining acceptance criteria, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, business rules, and data elements.
- Manage requirements-related risks, assumptions, and constraints and communicate them to appropriate parties.
- Analyze stakeholders and facilitate refinement sessions and walkthroughs with Technology, Product, Design, and other teams.
- Maintain reusable requirements documentation in Confluence using enterprise standards.
- Support UI page design and development with Product, Development, subject matter experts, and UI/UX teams.
- Document test scenarios and support developers through requirements, build, and testing.
- Apply coverage analysis from vision through implementation and testing.
- Build knowledge across the organization, business, and information technology.
- Guide and support junior business analysts.
Must-Have Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst or business systems analyst.
- At least 2 years of experience on an Agile project.
- Independent business and systems requirements gathering experience.
- Experience with online banking or mobile banking.
- Strong requirements methodology knowledge across Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
- Experience with user stories, specifications, business context diagrams, and business process maps.
- Experience on projects valued above $2 million.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Experience facilitating groups of 20 or more stakeholders.
- Knowledge of requirements tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, or Confluence.
- University bachelor’s degree.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Previous RBC experience.
- Experience with accessibility requirements.
- Experience writing BDD feature files.
- Master’s Certificate in Business Analysis.
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification.
- Experience with Digital mortgage projects or mortgage financing and approval.
