Opportunity
Lead business analysis activities on medium-to-large Digital projects within a mortgage transformation program.
Apply advanced business analysis knowledge to complex situations and guide other professionals.
Own execution of requirements delivery, including planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, management, and support.
Agile and Requirements Delivery
- Manage Agile ceremonies alongside the Product Owner and help decompose epics into user stories.
- Refine user stories with acceptance criteria, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, business rules, and data elements.
- Manage requirements risks, assumptions, and constraints and communicate them to appropriate parties.
- Lead refinement sessions and walkthroughs with Technology, Product, and Design teams.
Analysis, Documentation, and Testing
- Perform stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups and requirements responsibilities.
- Maintain reusable requirements documentation in Confluence using enterprise standards.
- Document test scenarios and provide requirements, build, and testing support to developers.
- Apply coverage analysis across vision, epics, user stories, testing, and implementation.
