The Senior BI Analyst plays a critical role in translating business data into trusted actionable insights that improve visibility, support decision-making, and business outcomes.
This role partners with business and IT stakeholders to define reporting needs, standardize metrics, and deliver secure, scalable analytics solutions.
This position combines business intelligence, data modeling, and analytics expertise with modern data platform capabilities, leveraging Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure analytics services, and related tools.
The role also supports data engineering and modern lakehouse practices, including scalable data pipelines, governed data models, and reusable reporting solutions aligned to business priorities.
Essential Functions
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions including dashboards, reports, scorecards, and semantic models using Power BI and Microsoft analytics tools
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define metrics, and translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
- Analyze, model, transform, and visualize data from multiple business systems to present clear, consistent insights that support decision making.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and transformations within Microsoft Fabric using SQL, Python, PySpark, notebooks, and pipelines.
