- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including espresso based drinks, specialty coffees, teas, and other café beverages, in accordance with company standards
- Ensure consistency in beverage preparation, presentation, and portion control
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service at all times
- Supervise, support, and motivate barista team members during daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, dining areas, and workstations
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Conduct daily equipment checks and coordinate maintenance or repairs when required
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, disposables, and other supplies, and report replenishment needs
- Minimize waste and support effective stock control practices
- Support management in achieving sales targets and maintaining high operational standards
- Perform other duties assigned by management in line with business requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 3 years of experience as a Barista, including at least 1 year in specialty coffee
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, latte art, brewing methods, and beverage preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Basic understanding of inventory control and stock management
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- English communication skills are required
- Immediate joiners required
