Role Overview
Peraton is seeking a Senior AWS Cloud Architect to design, lead, and govern enterprise cloud architecture for mission-critical federal programs.
AWS is the primary platform and Azure is the secondary platform for the target-state architecture.
Responsibilities
- Design, lead, and govern enterprise cloud architecture.
- Define target-state architecture across AWS and Azure.
- Ensure solutions meet FedRAMP Moderate security and compliance requirements.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for cloud design decisions.
- Partner with cloud, application development, data science, infrastructure, and cybersecurity engineering teams and stakeholders.
Role Requirements
- The role requires AWS enterprise cloud architecture expertise.
- Solutions must meet FedRAMP Moderate security and compliance requirements.
- The architect must work across cloud computing, application development, data science, infrastructure, and cybersecurity engineering functions.
