Role Overview
The company is hiring an experienced, hands-on Automation Engineer for laser systems, CNC-based automation, and custom industrial machines.
The role covers programming, electrical design, control systems, and machine commissioning.
Compensation
- The salary range is ₹50,000–₹70,000 per month.
Location and Work Context
- The role is based at SLPL, Mahape A-517.
- On-site machine commissioning and field commissioning travel are part of the work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical layouts and wiring diagrams using EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical.
- Program PLCs for machine logic, I/O configuration, safety interlocks, and process control.
- Configure and debug HMI and SCADA systems.
- Program and tune servo drives, VFDs, and stepper controllers.
- Integrate sensors, actuators, IO-Link devices, safety relays, and fieldbus networks.
- Commission machines involving CNC tables, laser galvo systems, and automation modules on site.
- Coordinate with mechanical and design teams on system integration and troubleshooting.
