Review contractor and vendor invoices for accuracy.
Lead monthly cost reviews and variance analysis.
Support capital funding requests and financial approvals.
Process accruals, reclassifications, and financial adjustments.
Develop and maintain project schedules using approved scheduling tools.
Analyze schedule performance, milestones, critical paths, and risks.
Validate contractor schedules and identify potential delays.
Support schedule recovery planning when required.

Maintain project risk registers.
Assess cost and schedule impacts of project changes.

Experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost management, and risk management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Influencing and stakeholder management capabilities.
Strategic thinking and proactive risk identification.
