Sr Associate IS Engineer – WINTEL Operations

Role Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and support Windows servers.
• Maintain server security and compliance standards.
• Monitor server health and generate routine reports.
• Perform patching, updates, and backups.
• Support incident resolution and troubleshooting.
• Document changes and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.

Basic Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of experience, master's degree with 2-4 years of experience, or diploma with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Windows Server operations and virtualization using VMware or Acropolis.
• Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Ansible, or Python.
• Familiarity with ITIL or incident management workflows.
• Change management expertise and strong troubleshooting skills.

Professional Certifications

• CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Fundamentals certification is preferred.

Shift Information

• The position requires onsite work and participation in a 24/7 rotation.
